What To Expect

Zoom Session

We will be changing positions throughout class. Make sure you can easily move your laptop, phone or tablet around so that you can see me at any point throughout the class

Easy Floor Based Setup

Highly recommend having a yoga mat, or some sort of squishy padded mat for extra cushion.

Wear comfortable gym or yoga clothes. At the least just make sure you can move your legs and arms freely.

Simple Yet Challenging Movements

Typically class will use very little equipment, but for modifications to certain movements having a yoga block or some rolled up towels/pillows can be useful. It is also helpful to have a chair and flat open wall space available.

Time for Specific Questions

If you are dealing with pain or some kind of issue you can’t figure out during class, it is totally fine to unmute yourself and ask for help. Otherwise please try to keep other questions until the end of class.

TESTIMONIALS

What Attendees are saying...

" Ryan offers a phenomenal, in-depth expertise that is based on a mix of multiple modalities as opposed to many who seem to prefer to specialize in just one.

I've experienced both the rapid change in my own ability to mobilize painful joints (with drastically less pain), engage and stabilize muscle groups that were not activating to the extent that they should and felt a heightened sense of awareness and peace of mind & body. "

- Jacob C.

These sessions have been transformative for me. Ryan creates an engaging, efficient, and highly accessible experience, ensuring every moment is purposeful and free of unnecessary fluff. The personalized attention and interactive Q&A make each session feel like a private lesson, tailored to my needs.

Ryan's depth of knowledge is remarkable—he seamlessly adjusts the level of detail based on what you want or need, making the experience both insightful and impactful.

- Clifton S.

"Attending these sessions consistently has given me a deeper understanding of my functional patterns and how to improve my mobility more effectively. Ryan’s expert guidance has helped me refine my movements and address my unique needs with precision.

The sessions seems to build on themselves, creating lasting improvements in both my body and daily life. The progress I’ve experienced continues to compound, making me feel stronger, more mobile, and better aligned every week

STILL GOT QUESTIONS?

Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment do I need for the class?

At minimum, you’ll need a yoga mat for comfort, as the class is entirely floor-based. If you have sensitive knees or wrists, a padded mat or layering multiple mats can provide extra support. While most movements require little to no equipment, a yoga block, rolled-up towels, or pillows can be helpful for modifications. Indian clubs are sometimes used but are not required for most classes.

How do I set up my space for the best experience?

Since we’ll be changing positions throughout the class, make sure your phone or tablet is easy to move so you can clearly see the instructor at all times. A well-lit space with enough room to stretch and move will also help you get the most out of the session.

Can I ask questions during class?

To minimize distractions, everyone should remain muted during the session. However, if you're experiencing pain or difficulty with a movement, you are welcome to unmute and ask for guidance. A dedicated Q&A session will take place at the end of class for all other questions.

I’m new to these techniques. Where can I learn more?

If this is your first class, you may want to familiarize yourself with CARs, PAILs/RAILs, and PRI techniques, as they are used regularly. You can find instructional videos on these techniques in our Kinection Club Community before class. Join the community HERE

What if I have specific concerns or need modifications?

If you have injuries, limitations, or specific concerns, feel free to email before class so modifications can be suggested. The class is designed to be accessible for all levels, and adjustments can be made to suit your needs.
